ASKO Holding carries out activities to increase its competitiveness through customer-oriented transparent business processes and innovation. To this end, we adopt and apply the ASKO Code of Conduct as our guiding principles.
ASKO Code of Conduct applies to all managers, operational and production personnel in ASKO Holding, its companies and subsidiaries. Third-party enterprises and individuals working with ASKO Holding, its companies and affiliates are also encouraged to comply with these principles;
These principles aim to provide a thoughtful and broad ethical framework to guide the behavior of employees. All employees are responsible for the ASKO Code of Conduct, which is intended to cover all possible situations that may arise during business processes. It is among the basic duties of ASKO Holding employees to understand and comply with the principles and additional policies. In case any provision of these principles conflicts with the laws, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye will be taken into consideration.
ASKO Holding takes the implementation of the Code of Conduct seriously and reserves the right to impose the necessary sanctions.
