Winnipeg, Manitoba – Versatile, one of the leading brands within Buhler Industries—acquired by ASKO Holding in 2023—brought together its dealers, distributors, and business partners from around the world in Winnipeg for its 60th Anniversary Celebration and 2026 Dealer Meeting.

The event was organized for the purpose of celebrating the 60th anniversary of the company's manufacturing of its first articulated four-wheel-drive tractor in 1966. The three-day program featured product updates, dealer development sessions, and a tour of Versatile's manufacturing plant in Winnipeg.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about the company's upgraded production equipment and future product development initiatives. Highlighting the significance of the event, Buhler Industries Inc. President Zafer Özbalaban said, "Our dealers are an indispensable for the Versatile brand."

ASKO Holding Chairman of the Board Mr. Sami Konukoğlu reaffirmed the company's confidence and faith in Versatile. "Versatile has a strong legacy. We will continue to invest in our company, our products, and growth opportunities," stated Mr. Konukoğlu.

Referring to Versatile's proud heritage and solid foundation, Mr. Sami Konukoğlu added: "ASKO Holding is committed to investing in Versatile's products, manufacturing operations, dealer network, and potential opportunities across North America and international markets."

During the event, ASKO Holding Chairman of the Board Mr. Sami Konukoğlu had a talk with Jamie Moses, Province of Manitoba’s Minister of Business, Mining, Trade and Job Creation, after which Mr. Konukoğlu presented him with a commemorative plaque.

Versatile's event hosted a series of sessions focused on strengthening collaboration across its dealer network, enhancing customer support, and expanding market opportunities. Participants also showed strong interest in the display of Versatile's historic tractors and the ride-and-drive area showcasing the company's latest-generation tractors. The event concluded with the “60th Anniversary Awards Ceremony”, recognizing dealers for their outstanding performance and strong partnerships.

While honoring Versatile's history, the 2026 Dealer Meeting also reflected the company's forward-looking innovative vision. The event provided participants with an opportunity to celebrate past achievements while sharing future goals.
