All shares of Bühler Industries Inc., the manufacturer of long-established such as "Versatile" and "Farm King" operating in the agricultural machinery industry, traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, have been acquired by ASKO Sınai ve Teknoloji Üretim Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. ("ASKO"), resulting in the entire company becoming a property of ASKO. This strategic move is not only a consolidation of ownership, but also a symbol of Bühler Industries' transformation into a stronger, more efficient, and more sustainable structure.

The transformation process that began when ASKO acquired the majority shares of Bühler Industries on December 28, 2023, was completed on March 28, 2025. On the mentioned date, ASKO acquired the entire ownership of the company by purchasing the publicly-traded shares, which were traded over 2.44 CAD$ on the Toronto Stock Exchange, at a price of 7.30 CAD$ per share. This transaction represents a threefold increase in the market value of the shares.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASKO Holding, Sami Konukoğlu, indicated the following points in this regard:
