Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASKO Holding, Sami Konukoğlu, addressed high-level guests as a speaker at the International Construction and Material Handling Equipment Congress & Rental Summit, organized for the third time this year.

Sami Konukoğlu pointed how digitalization, as the main theme of this year’s congress, represents transformation for all industries and adaptation to digitalization has now become imperative for all companies. Stating that digitalization must be valued more than ever, in order not to fall behind in competition, Mr. Konukoğlu added, “we must increase our investments and turn towards training our human resources in line with this new direction for the digitalization of the machines we produce”.

Sami Konukoğlu underlined that performance and efficiency should be enhanced, while costs and emissions should be reduced, in the new business environment where machines quickly digitalize, and mentioned the necessity of sensitively evaluating data processing and evaluation pace, autonomy, electrification and all trends that will determine the future of machinery industry.

Sami Konukoğlu further added that they, as ASKO Holding, took some serious steps in the fields of digitalization and electrification and started building the future today.
